We're looking for top-notch developers who have a passion for building
delightful websites that people love to use and who have a special
interest in UI development. If you love developing sites using Ruby on

Requirements
In depth knowledge of CSS and HTML/XHTML
Experience with JavaScript and/or ActionScript Solid understanding
of software development life cycles Proven ability to write clean
code that works Ability to code in at least one of: Perl, Ruby, Java,
Python, C#/C++/C Knowledge of one or more web development frameworks
Ability to lead and inspire small project teams
BS or advanced degree in CS, CSE or EE, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points
Experience with XSLT, mod_perl and/or XML Database development
experience Development experience in Linux environment.
Understanding of one or more areas of relevant expertise: search engine
design, people search, distributed computing, database optimization,
messaging, VOIP, social networking, mobile applications, web design
