We are trying to identify a strong hands on development lead to manage a new development product in the financial services industry. This individual will be a strong J2EE developer who has prior experience working in a global, distributed team. The ideal candidate will have:
*Directed a small team of developers
*Distributed information delivery systems in a Java/Unix environment with a Sybase database
*Weblogic
*Developing using SOA methodology and web services including XML.
